Technical Account Coordinator - McKinney, TX

Delta Dallas is currently representing an entrepreneurial e-commerce company in McKinney in its search for a Customer/Account Coordinator.  

The Customer/Account Coordinator will be responsible for client onboarding, account management, business review management, data analysis and relationship building. The ideal candidate also has a knack for identifying meaningful insights from our data analytics platform and converting those insights into strategic opportunities for our clients. The Customer/Account Coordinator will apply their exhaustive knowledge of problem-solving skills, client relationship skills, professionalism and attention to detail qualities to grow the relationship with our small business accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in an entrepreneurial environment, where he/she: is not limited by a job title; is willing to 'wear multiple hats' and take on a variety of tasks and special projects; is focused on the clients' needs and long term goals; is able to work as a collaborative team member within a small company setting.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide excellent customer support to our clients and ensure our reports, recovery strategies and tools help them solve their payment challenges.
  • Learn our industry, products, strategies and tools to become a Subject Matter Expert in the industry.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business, challenges and needs to ensure we offer top level customer support.
  • Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
  • Conduct ongoing performance and business review meetings with clients.
  • Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in call center or technical support functions.
  • At least 2 years’ experience managing client relationships.
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
  • Must have the ability to learn new industry concepts, products and tools quickly and easily.
  • Must have the ability to pay close attention to all client deliverables.
  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
  • Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes and clients simultaneously.
  • Highly efficient, excellent communication, collaboration and customer service skills.
  • Must be a self-learner and able to learn new tools, systems and processes with minimal supervision.
