Sr. Account Manager - Dallas

Our Client, a reputable insurance brokerage firm in Dallas is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to join their P&C team! The Company offers a great culture with beautiful offices centrally located in Dallas, a competitive compensation structure, amazing benefits and opportunities to grow within this top organization!

The Sr. Account Manager will manage several high profile clients in the area of personal lines insurance. To qualify for this role, you MUST have a strict level of confidentiality, excellent communication and follow up skills and must have a level of professionalism that is beyond the norm....

The ideal candidate will come from high profile personal lines insurance but we are open to considering candidates that have experience in other areas of personal lines insurance.

  • A degree is preferred but not required
  • You MUST have an active P&C License for the State of Texas
  • High preference to hold CIC, CISR, CPRM or CPCU certifications
  • 3+ years in the insurance industry as an Account Manager, Producer or Production support 
  • Experience with insurance related systems such as AIM or EPIC is required
  • Must have a high attention to detail, have the ability to meet strict deadlines and must be able to provide 'white glove' service to the clients in which you support
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook is required
