Administrative Assistant - Dallas

 
Delta Dallas is currently partnering with an architectural design firm in Dallas in its search for an Administrative Assistant to support the design studio in all administrative functions.
 
The firm has an excellent environment based upon teamwork, open communication and recognition for hard work. They regularly have off-site employee events to promote teamwork - these events have included bowling, laser tag and whirlyball, just to name a few.
 
Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings (catering, scheduling, cleanup, presentations, and documentation)
  • Expense reporting
  • Timesheet management for partners
  • Document management (both on- and off-site)
  • Management of office supplies for team
  • Contract filing and management
  • Database management (new project set up, documentation, etc.)
  • Daily backup for front desk (including breaks and lunches)

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Must be punctual, reliable and responsible as well as ability to be confidential.
  • Must be able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Must be neat and have a professional appearance.
  • Must be able to communicate with clients and consultants in a professional manner both verbally and electronically.
  • Must have a cheerful attitude, but keep socializing to a minimum.
  • Must be flexible with hours; have ability to stay late or come in early as needed.
  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Intermediate skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop).
  • Above all, must have an attention to detail.
