Job Description

Delta Dallas in currently looking for a bright, energetic and friendly Administrative Assistant to support a highly successful Private Wealth Management Firm in the Dallas area.  The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of administrative support experience from a corporate environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintains Managing Directors’ schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences
  • Responsible for interacting with clients on an everyday basis by answering phones, e-mails and coordinating face-to-face meetings in the utmost respectful and professional manner
  • Welcomes guests into the office and answering/directing inquiries as needed
  • Managing travel & expenses, including making travel arrangements and processing expense reports
  • Providing general administrative services to teams, such as maintaining calendars and schedules, and answering phones
  • Coordinating and Scheduling internal client meetings Duties to include booking conference rooms, ordering food, printing documents, coordinating schedules, liaising with building services, and greeting visitors
  • Assisting the Private Wealth Management Team in servicing clients, with a focus on operational excellence and customer service
  • Participates in other projects as needed
  • A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in a professional corporate environment
  • High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Polished communication skills
  • Business professional attire
  • Must have excellent judgment; independent thinker and resourceful
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment
  • Possess critical thinking skills and good judgment
  • Displays personal pride in work, always striving to do his/her best
  • Chooses to always operate with integrity and transparency
