Job Description

We are assisting an industry-leading insurance organization in its search for a top-notch Operations Recruiter Coordinator to join their team! This is a 100% remote!!!

  • Bachelor???s degree from an accredited university highly preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year's relevant experience in customer service, retail or administrative
  • Professional presence and charisma, with ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external staff
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and competing demands with a positive and proactive approach and sense of urgency
  • Excellent phone presence with polished verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking and organization skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • High sense of urgency with ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.


  • Coordinate staffing resources
  • Select resources for assignments and confirm deployment
  • Conduct interviews and assess if candidates meet qualifications
  • Respond and take appropriate action to email communications
  • Manage outgoing and incoming calls and return voicemails timely
  • Upload documents and information into appropriate resource profiles
  • Cross departmental collaboration with the Compliance and Licensing department to ensure contractual compliance
  • Participate in regular meetings with division leaders to assess staffing needs and proactively plan for future needs.
  • Assist with special projects
