Real Estate Administrative Assistant - Central Dallas

Our Client, a top commercial real estate firm in Dallas is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This is a very unique role! The position will support several top Brokers but will also act as their marketing support utilizing Tableau software.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of administrative support - prefers commercial real estate experience
  • MUST have working knowledge of Tableau software
  • MUST have great Excel skills - pivot tables and vlook ups are used daily in this role
  • MUST have PowerPoint skills - will create content, presentations, etc.
  • MUST come with a great attitude, willingness to learn and have flexibility to change gears due to priorities that may surface at a moments notice 

The Real Estate Administrative Assistant will:

  • Produce content, reporting, etc. using Tableau on a daily basis - will act as the Tableau Administrator for the company (no need to be an expert- the company will pay for certification)
  • Save, track and process all client lease and listing documents
  • Manage the listing activity reporting process, to include collecting activity reports from co-brokers and presenting the reports to clients at the end of each month
  • Create templates for frequently used documents, reports, letters, emails & presentation packages
  • Proofing of all work produced or being sent out by the team
  • Reviewing calendars and confirm any business appointments with the team and with the client prior to the meetings
  • Organize electronic and hard files and folders
  • Enter and update contact info for all transaction contacts
