Administrative Assistant (Uptown Dallas)

Performs administrative duties and miscellaneous functions in support of investment bankers’ responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone and direct calls appropriately, providing answers to question or requests
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, arrange meetings and luncheons and prepare expense reports
  • Process correspondence, reports, documents, schedules, etc.
  • Create reports and enter financial information of a highly complex and confidential nature
  • Establish, organize and maintain departmental files
  • Maintain databases (client lists, project lists, etc.)
  • Maintain client related expenses and prepare documentation for billing of clients
  • Process payments from clients and assist in updating client accounts as necessary
  • Periodically prepare documents used in client presentations, coordinate printing and distribution of material.
  • In-depth research, reporting and analysis as needed
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
