Administrative Assistant - Central Dallas - Commercial Real Estate 

Delta Dallas is partnering with a commercial real estate firm in Central Dallas to identify top talent to support one of their tenant representation teams.  This is a 100% onsite role but offers every other Friday off!

To qualify for this role, you must have the following experience:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of administrative support/broker support within the commercial real estate industry 
  • MUST have great Excel skills - pivot tables and v-look ups are used daily in this role; summing columns, sorting columns and an understanding of formulas
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook 
  • Must have the ability to manage deadlines, keep the team organized and be assertive when needed to get the job done! 

Responsibilities include:

  • Save, track and process all client lease and listing documents.
  • Manage the listing activity reporting process, to include collecting activity reports from co-brokers and presenting the reports to our clients at the end of each month.
  • Proof all work produced or being sent out by the team.
  • Process, track and organize presentation packages, reports, letters, emails & packages.
  • Review team calendars and confirm any business appointments with the team and with the client prior to the meetings.
  • Respond to all requests with an “eager to help” attitude and to ask for help from other admins when the work load requires assistance to complete the tasks timely.
