Corporate Marketing/Communications Manager – Fort Worth

Delta Dallas is partnering with a leader in the transportation/manufacturing industry to identify a Corporate Marketing/Communications Manager to join their team in Fort Worth.

Job Requirements

Qualified Communications Managers must have the following experience:

•    Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Journalism or Communications

•    10 plus years in a corporate internal communications or marketing role within a Fortune 500 company
Industry experience preferred is telecom, oil & gas, manufacturing (any large organization where they have blue collar workers)

•    Experience managing and developing a team

•    Superior writing skills with a portfolio and/or writing samples to present with resume

•    Excellent tenure - minimum of 7 years with one company (prefers 10-15)

•    Experience with employee engagement & success in creating a positive corporate image internally

•         Ability to communicate effectively with blue collar works to C Suite
