Job Description

Customer Service Coordinator ??? Lewisville - $40-50K DOE

Delta Dallas is identifying talent on behalf of our client in manufacturing and distribution in their search for two Customer Service Coordinators. These individuals will work fully on-site, Monday through Friday, between 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm.
 

This company is highly entrepreneurial, possessing an amazing family-feel culture and seeks two rockstar to join their team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering inbound calls, email correspondence, and on-site visits regarding order placing
  • Processing new orders, sending tracking updates, and de-escalating situations as they arise
  • Managing inventory, keeping a spreadsheet of current orders/ items in-house, and ordering on-site materials as needed

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • QuickBooks and/or SAP experience preferred
  • 2-3 years Customer Service experience
