Supervisor ~ Customer Service (Coppell)

  • Heavily involved in data processing and reporting which includes identifying issues and trends through analysis
  • Provides proactive recommendations and leverages available resources to resolve problems.
  • Empowers and manages team to work the processes with excellence while delivering expected outcomes
  • Ensures employees have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs.
  • Works as a member/leader of special or ongoing projects important to area and process improvement
  • Utilizes department resources to further assist customers who have left reviews on social media or our website
  • Observe performance of team members to identify strengths and areas of improvement for development opportunities benefiting the individual, department, and overall company
  • Responds to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests from customers
  • Liaison between other leaders, department heads, influencers, and end-users


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 3 + years’ experience leading others in customer support, contact center environment
  • Ability to build relationships with cross functional stakeholders and drive shared outcomes
  • Customer focused with track record for going above and beyond for the customer
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment subject to rapid change and ambiguity
  • Relevant start-up, technology, and customer care experience
  • Strong communication skills both oral (speaking, listening, interpretation) and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to be a quick problem solver
