Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities include:

  • Make sure all phone calls are answered timely and resolved appropriately
  • Manage day-to-day internal helpdesk
  • Ensure all tickets are received and resolved appropriately
  • Ensure all policies and processes are followed, while at the same time not letting process hinder assisting the end user and resolving their issues
  • Make sure all management requests are identified and completed in a timely and appropriately manner
  • Assist with the internal and external management audits
  • Create, update, and manage the internal SOP’s
  • Create an end user experience that is timely, appropriate and customer friendly
  • Maintain scheduling and always ensure coverage for each shift
  • Monitor call metrics and productivity of each team member

Qualifications:

  • Five years of customer service and management experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Proven ability to motivate a team and increase productivity
  • Well organized, and customer service and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and teams simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
