Job Description

MUST be flexible between the hours 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday)- Shifts rotate every six months- $15 per hour

The successful Customer Relations Specialist will build customer relationships, provide solutions for the customer based on understanding their needs, and will be an advocate for the company as well as its mission.


  • Assist with answering all customer service inquiries pertaining to the company via phone, chat, email, and postal mail.
  • Provide instructions for the operation of the product. 
  • Help customers identify the right product solution for his/her needs.
  • Provide follow-up to customers as needed for service inquiries, as well as inquire if additional products are wanted.
  • Enter orders into the database for new/additional orders.
  • Receive inbound sales calls.  Make outbound sales calls.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service at the consumer level
  • High School Diploma is required, some college is preferred
  • Excellent reading comprehension
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and punctual
  • Multi-tasking is a must, with minimum supervision and be able to remain patient and calm in high-pressure situations
  • Exercise professional telephone etiquette for all calls, exhibiting a positive and upbeat attitude at all times
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to be a quick problem solver
  • Strong communication skills both oral (speaking, listening, interpretation) and written
