Job Description

Delta Dallas's client is seeking a Service Desk Manager for their new Las Colinas location. The client is a publically traded company specializing in the energy services business including pipeline, refinery and electrcial grid services.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Global Director of IT to build and deliver shared technical services team (service desk, desktop and application support) for their growing organziation.
  • Doucment services in ticketing system required (Datto AutoTask PSA experience is a plus).
  • Procurement and inventory control of technical assets.
  • Create and document policies, operational procedures and change management for the techincal support group.
  • Provide a wide-range of techicnal support for corporate, subsidiary and remote/field users.
  • This position would initially be the sole support analyst for their new Las Colinas location and would be responsible to help grow and manage the team during the expected growth of the organziation (mostly through planned acquisitions/mergers).

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of service desk (helpdesk/desktop support) and/or systems administration experience.
  • Experience with a managed services provider is preferred. 
  • Committment to detailed documentation of technical support services is critical.
  • Desire to grow into a leadership role and build a support team is essential.
  • Techincal expertise in a Microsoft environment, including O365, is preferred.
