Job Description


The Director of Marketing will lead company's marketing efforts. This role must possess extensive experience in analytics. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands. This role will also organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Marketing Department.
  • Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
  • Communicating the marketing plan.
  • Researching demand for our products and services.
  • Competitor research.
  • Overseeing internal personnel in graphics, social media, customer experience, and website management.
  • Supporting sales team and product team to achieve company goals in sales and product development.
  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
  • Manage annual marketing calendar (trade shows, digital media calendar, etc.).
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
  • Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
  • Interest in new technology.
  • Digital Marketing Experience.
  • NEW PRODUCT launch experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in product marketing.
  • Have worked with and understand multiple specialties, including design, photography, SEO, website design and management, social media, public relations, trade show/events coordination.
  • Review web analytics and ad words campaigns on an ongoing basis and generate monthly reports regarding site traffic
  • Manage all trade show activity.
  • Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
  • Proven marketing campaign experience.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Professional and proactive work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Experience in designing and/or planning integrated marketing plans.
  • Creative and strategic skills.
  • Experience with research using data analytics software.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite especially with Illustrator and Photoshop, web analytics and Google/Bing AdWords.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software.
