Job Description

Event Planner / Event Coordinator – 100% Remote

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Project management oversight for planning and execution for annual conference
  • Adhere to budgeted allocations for all events, both on-site and remote
  • Calendar management for all national events
  • Serve as meeting moderator for all virtual events
  • Assist with all other projects as assigned or needed

Job Requirements

The right candidate will possess:

  • 3+ years’ experience in event planning
  • Highly organized and self-starter
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Tech Savvy
