Job Description

Executive Assistant-Dallas

Delta Dallas is currently recruiting for an extremely fast paced Executive Assistant to support senior management/Executive. The position does require some personal support as well as professional administrative support.

Responsibilities Include:


• Possibly coordinate travel arrangements, including ground transportation and hotel accommodations


• Manage extensive calendars across multiple time zones


• Coordinate conference calls and meetings, both on-site and off-site


• Create PowerPoint presentations, correspondence, reports, memos, proposals, etc.


• Prepare, review and manage expense reports


• In-depth Internet research


• Document management for team – copy, scan, file (electronic and hard copy files)


• Personal Assistant duties as requested


• Additional responsibilities as required

Job Requirements

Executive Administrative Assistant Requirements:



• Executive Assistant Experience REQUIRED

• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred



• Excellent administrative and technical skills



• Proactive, self-starter and excellent initiative



• Strong communication skills.



• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of staff members



• Excellent problem solving skills



• Outstanding organizational skills.



• High level of discretion and confidentiality



• Team mentality; willing and able to work with internal clients and co-workers at every level



• Extremely detail-oriented
