Executive Assistant - Marketing Department

Delta Dallas is currently representing a commercial real estate firm in its search for an Executive Assistant to support its marketing team.

The firm has a culture built on teamwork and community involvement, as well as excellent benefits, including discretionary and profit-sharing bonuses.

Experience in the commercial real estate industry is highly preferred.

Daily responsibilities:
  • Calendar management for executives and team members
  • Preparing and managing expense reports for executives and team members
  • Scheduling and planning client meetings
  • Coordinating broker events
  • Creating marketing materials in Publisher, PowerPoint, and the Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Researching and updating property information within industry-specific databases (CoStar, LoopNet, etc.)
  • Preparing, updating, and maintaining reports in Excel
  • Preparing and updating departmental budgets in conjunction with other departments, adjusting as necessary throughout the year based upon broker/team activities and projects
  • Creating and coordinating marketing communications and mailouts
  • Coordinating schedules with property management teams to have spaces ready for client tours
  • Coordinating company???s participation in industry-specific organizations and events

Requirements:
  • Three-five years??? experience in the commercial real estate industry highly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Publisher
  • Ability to work as a team with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
