Executive Assistant – Uptown - Hybrid

Delta Dallas is seeking an Executive Assistant on behalf of our client in e-commerce consulting. The clients provides mentorships to businesses on being successful in marketing and selling their products online.

This person will mainly support their emerging sales team in addition to assisting with projects assigned by their CEO.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Heavy calendar management, including scheduling 20-25 appointments daily for remote sales team
  • Sends and receiving loan processing documents to potential clients. Processes these documents and maintains records on behalf of sales team
  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports for the sales team
  • Acts as liaison between client and business to provide updates on behalf of both parties
  • Provides innovative solutions to expand business practices and streamlines processes
  • Accomplishes projects as assigned from CEO

The candidates will possess:

  • 3+ years in administrative support, operations, or client services
  • Professional acumen, high sense of integrity, and a passion for women entrepreneurship
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Prior sales team support is highly preferred
