Job Description

Executive Assistant to the CEO – Southlake, TX


  • Extensive scheduling and calendaring; complex domestic and international travel
  • Composing and preparing correspondence and presentations on behalf of the CEO
  • Update and organize files and database as needed to support business activities and process reports
  • Manage projects by tracking and driving tasks to be completed
  • Coordinate meetings internally and externally
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Build and maintain rapport with business partners of all levels
  • Collaborate with other assistants to coordinate executive staff schedules and tasks
  • Attend executive meetings when needed; report on deliverables


  • 5+ years’ experience supporting a CEO, President or Chairman of the Board
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a proactive, positive and professional approach
  • Organized and resourceful; ability to anticipate needs and easily adjust to change, with strong attention to detail
  • Experienced scheduling complex travel and meetings (global time zones)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, Keynote, Excel
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Possesses the flexibility to be available as needed outside office hours
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
