Job Description

Delta Dallas is currently representing a global firm in Plano in its search for an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

The primary objective of the role is to support the EVP with all client relations, marketing and sales activities, including:

  • Domestic and international travel coordination
  • Calendar management on a global level for the EVP and team
  • Contract management
  • Sales reporting
  • Tracking vacation time for executive and team
  • Sales and marketing proposals
  • Client database management
  • Coordinating company events (team building events and internal meetings, both on- and offsite)
  • Coordinating client events on a global scale (trade shows, client meetings and customer appreciation events)
  • Providing day to day management and oversight of the Office Administrator

Requirements:

  • Over ten years’ experience supporting executives on a global basis
  • Advanced technical skills in the MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrated success in event planning, preferably on a global level
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to act as a liaison between the executive and global offices
  • Extreme confidentiality and discretion
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
