Fleet Administrative Assistant

Delta Dallas is currently representing the Fleet Operations department of a rapidly growing wholesale company in its search for a Fleet Administrative Assistant.

This role will primarily be on-site at the company???s offices in Downtown Dallas. The company does provide either a parking stipend or a company-paid DART pass to its employees.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years??? experience coordinating all details of a company???s fleet of vehicles, including:

  • Providing answers to all vehicle/fleet related questions (registrations, insurance, maintenance, tolls, fuel cards, etc.)
  • Updating vehicle and driver information in multiple databases
  • Providing guidance for repair and maintenance programs on fleet vehicles
  • Managing external relationships with various vendors and service providers
  • Monitoring driver and vehicle compliance and records maintenance
  • Other administrative/clerical duties as requested


  • Two-three years??? experience in fleet/vehicle administration
  • Ability to handle incoming requests from multiple parties
  • Ability to build relationships internally with company employees and externally with vendors and service providers
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and multitask as necessary
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team mentality

Qualified candidates must be able to pass an in-depth background check and drug screen.
