Job Description

Multi- faceted Human Resources/ Operations role with the following areas of responsibility: 

TECHNICAL

  • Prior Knowledge OF VMS – Vendor Management System ; Workforce Logiq also known as ZeroChaos
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

RECRUITING

  • Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
  • Developing those prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing initial assessment
  • Establish and methodically utilize in-house tools, networks, cold-calling, and research methods to source passive candidates
  • Sourcing corporate to corporate candidates, W2, 1099, H1B, H4EAD, STEM OPT, L2, L2EAD, GC holders, U.S.Citizens, TN

HUMAN RESOURCES

  • Onboarding new employees through documentation such as Offer Letter, Employment Agreement, Task Order.
  • Onboarding for subcontractors through documentation such as MSA, Work Order and COI.
  • Handling employee’s database by compiling and updating employee’s records (hard and soft copies). Updating public Access Files for H1B petitions.
  • Reviewing SOW, MSA and Purchase Order received from various clients. Responsible for executing addendum or amendment of any agreement if required.
  • Conducted Open Enrollment
  • Coordinate with immigration attorneys and employees regarding H1B petitions such as CAP, H1B transfer, H1B extension, and H1B withdrawal.
  • Employees Timesheet management
  • Initiate Background check of candidates
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven working experience in a start up IT as an HR Support & Vendor Management Specialist
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Knowledge of Technical Skills
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in in similar role
  • Ability to independently work and has a sense of taking Ownership
