Job Description

LOA Administrator  Delta Dallas is partnering with a Client in Central Dallas to identify a top notch Leave of Absence Administrator.  The company offers great benefits, room to grow within the organization and great place to work!

  • The Leave of Absence Administrator will serve as the primary contact for all leave inquiries and notices
  • Manages all cases to include ADA, FMLA, STD/LTD, USERRA, etc. 
  • Partners with Worker’s Compensation Coordinator to ensure FMLA leave runs concurrent with Workers Compensation claims
  • Assists Benefits Analyst with 401(k) audits and benefit deduction audits 
  • Provide resolutions to PTO inquires and issues within ADP
  • Maintains all reports and records for all LOA claims
  • Works closely with the HR leaders, managers and employees to ensure compliance 

Job Requirements

  • Fluent bilingual Spanish required
  • Benefits background a plus
  • Degree Preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources and managing leave cases 
  • 2-3 years of experience managing high volume leave of absence cases (FMLA, STD, ADA) and employee relations issues
  • Strong systems skills including of Excel, HRIS, Reporting
  • Must have strong customer service skills and excellent follow through
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving skills, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
