Job Description

Delta Dallas is currently representing an established, yet entrepreneurial, software company in McKinney in its search for a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will work directly with the leadership team, driving all marketing initiatives, including creating and communicating content, marketing analysis, social media management, trade show management, and all other objectives focused on growing the company’s brand.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Website maintenance: posting blogs, press releases, event information, landing pages, etc.
  • CRM support: performance reports, administrative updates, mass email execution, and data management.
  • Media: Social media posts, engagement analysis and reporting; communicating all media content (blogs, webinars, and other content) by reaching out to industry trade associations and publishers.
  • Administrative: Work with the Marketing Manager to coordinate deadlines and project updates, and communicating updates with leadership team.


  • Bachelor’s degree required in public relations, marketing, journalism or communications.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a marketing or marketing communications role.
  • Strong written communication and editing skills.
  • Must be savvy with technology and social media as it relates to use for marketing communications.
  • Experience with marketing automation software is a plus (HubSpot, HootSuite, MailChimp, etc.).
  • Must be able to establish and maintain rapport with marketing team members.
  • Must be able to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities and exercise sound time management.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must be technical savvy to learn new tools and project management tools with minimal supervision.
