Job Description

Delta Dallas is currently partnering with a young, dynamic and fun corporate law Firm in search of a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The company offers a team atmosphere that encourages creativity. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits: excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, self-starter, resourceful and positive attitude.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and manage all incoming cal
  • Provide general customer service to all caller
  • Greet all clients with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Schedule and confirm appointment
  • Conduct intake of  potential client
  • Manage monthly news letter
  • Provide general administrative support to various level of the office as requested
  • Manage deliveries, incoming and outgoing mail
  • Data entry
  • Organize and maintain filing system

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One to three years’ experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to organize multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer oriented environment
  • Highest level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Flexible and professional attitude
  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
