Job Description

Part-Time Corporate Receptionist 
The Receptionist position is responsible for handling the following administrative duties: answer all incoming phone calls, greet office visitors, distribute packages, organize food orders for meetings, maintain the lobby appearance, and order supplies. This role will also act as back up to the Office Manager and Executive Assistant.

Pay: $20/hr ??? $25/hr DOE
Location: Uptown area
Hours: 9am - 2pm or 9am to 3pm M-F

Responsibilities of the Receptionist
  • Answer all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Route calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Assist callers with general questions.
  • Greet and announce office visitors.
  • Retrieve and distribute messages from general voicemail
  • Receive and distribute packages.
  • Setup, direct and/or clean up food orders for meetings
  • Maintain neat appearance of lobby, reception desk and kitchen area.
  • Assist with ordering office supplies
  • Assist with employee events
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Serve as back up to the Office Manager & Executive Assistant
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications for the Receptionist
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be reliable with professional and personal presentation.
  • Good time management skills and ability to multitask and organize
  • Able to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally
  • Can do attitude
