Corporate Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Delta Dallas is currently partnering with a fast-growing law Firm in its search for a Corporate Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The client offers a team atmosphere that encourages creativity and fun. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits: excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, self-starter, resourceful, positive attitude and tech savvy.

Location: Uptown area of Dallas, TX

Salary: $45K

Benefits: Medical and 401K

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•        Provide general customer service to all callers
•        Greet all clients with a warm and welcoming attitude
•        Schedule and confirm appointments
•        Conduct intake of potential clients
•        Manage monthly newsletter
•        Provide general administrative support
•        Manage deliveries, incoming and outgoing mail
•        Data entry
•        Organize and maintain filing system
•        Maintain office supply inventory
•        Clean and stock kitchen as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

•        Two to three years’ experience in an administrative support role
•        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; tech savvy
•        Ability to organize multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
•        Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
•        Flexible and professional attitude
•        Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
