Corporate Receptionist/Office Administrator - Southlake, TX

Delta Dallas is currently partnering with a growing company in the aviation industry in its search for a Receptionist/Office Administrator for its newly opened Southlake office. Our client has offices in California, Ireland, and China, and is looking forward to expanding its team in Texas!

Our client requires that all employees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and letterhead)
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update and maintain conference room calendar
  • Process expense reports as needed
  • Act as backup to the Executive Assistant as necessary
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Job Requirements
  • Prior work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
