Our client is growing! Delta Dallas has partnered with a financial institution in Little Rock, AR to identify Corporate Recruiters to join their team!

Call Center Recruiter - must office out of Little Rock, AR corporate headquarters

  • 3 years of experience hiring in a call center environment
  • Ability to staff for new hire classes of 15+
  • Experience building strong pipelines of candidates
  • Must have the capability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • $60K-$80K

Retail Recruiter - must office out of Little Rock, AR corporate headquarters

  • 3 years of high volume recruiting experience is required, preferably within a retail environment
  • Experience with onboarding is a huge plus!
  • $60K-$80K
