Sr. Technology Recruiter - Little Rock, AR - ONSITE ROLE

Our Client, a financial organization in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to join their team!  This is a great time to join the organization!  Be a part of the exciting transformation of the recruiting department, bring your ideas and experiences to this growing team and bring great value to this growing team!

We are looking for a solid full cycle recruiter with an expertise in technology recruiting within a corporate environment (no RPO/Agency) that has the capability to assist in other areas of the organization such as accounting/finance, operations, HR, etc. 
  1. Bachelor???s degree or commensurate work experience required
  2. 7+ years of corporate experience - will consider a combination of RPO/agency and corporate but majority of experience must be from corporate 
  3. Relevant employment and recruiting certifications (e.g., ACIR, CSSR, CSMR, PRC) preferred
  4. A strong technology recruiting background is required - Data Analysts, Product Managers, Business Analysts, etc.
