Collections
Position: Collections Manager
Location: North Dallas
Salary: $60K-$70K
Role Overview: As the Collections Manager, you will collaborate with another Collections Manager to oversee the collections team, ensuring the efficient resolution of outstanding payment issues. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President & President/CEO, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of service excellence and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- and mentor the collections team, ensuring adherence to servicing policies and procedures.
- workflow processes to optimize productivity and performance metrics.
- escalated calls and initiate outbound communications when necessary.

- performance improvement plans as required and identify process enhancements.
- with customers to resolve outstanding issues and offer alternative payment solutions.
- compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act.

- accurate documentation of collection activities and account information.
- day-to-day collector activities, driving revenue generation results.
- regular meetings with the collections team to review accounts and performance.
- coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- recruitment processes and recommend suitable candidates for hire.
- call quality and response times, addressing any issues promptly.
- weekly meetings with the collections team to solicit feedback and address concerns.
Requirements:
- of 5 years of experience in collections, with a focus on legal, bankruptcy, and recovery.
- in reporting and data analysis.
- proficiency is highly advantageous.
- ability to thrive in a small office environment.
