Director of Technology
Director of Technology - Fort Worth - 100% onsite
Our client, a commercial real estate company in the Fort Worth area is seeking a Director of Technology to join their team. The Director of Technology will be accountable for taking the organizations technology to the next level! This will be a 'strategic' yet 'hands on' leadership role.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; preference is an MS, MBA or Ph.D.
- 10 plus years of oversight of a technology department with experience in cloud operations, cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure and security systems
- Must have a minimum of 5 years in a management/leadership role
- Experience in hiring, training, mentoring and managing a staff - preferably a minimum of 3 or higher
- Experience planning, designing, developing and managing IT/Cloud systems
- Experience with both Dell and Mac products required
- Must have the ability to present to leadership for any technology goals, initiatives, new programs, etc.
