Estate Manager 

Delta Dallas is partnering with a private principal to identify an experienced and highly professional Estate Manager to oversee multiple residences and provide direct day-to-day support.

This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable managing household operations in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience supporting private households and demonstrate sound judgment, discretion, flexibility, and a strong service mindset. This position requires a high-touch, white-glove level of service with exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and overall readiness of multiple residences
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, household staff, and service providers
  • Ensure properties are maintained in an organized, well-presented, and fully operational manner
  • Manage preventative maintenance schedules, repairs, and household inventory
  • Assist with property preparations for arrivals, departures, and guest visits
  • Provide direct support to the principal with personal errands, scheduling coordination, and time-sensitive requests
  • Coordinate household and travel-related logistics as needed
  • Assist with in-home support and special projects when required
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance and servicing arrangements
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting a private principal, family office, or high-level household environment
  • Background in estate management, property management, executive support, or private service preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, and household operations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality required
  • Comfortable handling both administrative and hands-on responsibilities
