Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, providing exceptional customer service, and taking ownership of the daily details that contribute to a successful workplace. In addition to managing the front desk, this individual will support office operations through administrative projects, workplace coordination, and team support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome employees, guests, and vendors with a friendly and professional approach.
- Manage the front desk experience by ensuring visitors are greeted and assisted promptly.
- Answer incoming calls, provide information, and route inquiries to the appropriate teams.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Support administrative projects and special assignments across departments.
- Assist with general office administration, including document preparation, data entry, and updating records.
- Maintain and stock kitchen and shared office areas, ensuring supplies are available and spaces remain organized.
- Assist with office supply management and communicate needs as necessary.
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming corporate office environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in reception, administrative support, customer service, or office coordination.
- Healthcare, corporate office, or professional services experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and leadership.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and follow-through.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and proactively identify what needs to be done.
- Strong team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and general computer applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
