Successful candidates will possess the following:
- Ability to work onsite (no remote option)
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting in a clinical and/or hospital environment (required)
- Proven success in sourcing, screening and hiring in the areas of revenue cycle, credentialing, enrollment, etc. as well as managing corporate roles such as accounting/finance, HR, administrative, marketing, legal, etc.
- Experience creating recruiting strategies, partnering with hiring managers about hiring needs, analyzing the need, creating recruiting reports for tracking, etc.
- Success in managing ATS systems with Paycom a huge preference
- MUST have a proven track record in building and maintaining candidate pipelines, specifically in the revenue cycle space
- Ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers and internal staff
- A collaborator, engager, driver and influencer is the best characteristic fit for this healthcare company
