This is an opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant who loves being the person behind the scenes making everything happen.

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Executive/Personal Assistant to support a CEO and family. This is a true right-hand role for someone who is highly organized, polished, tech-savvy, creative, and always thinking several steps ahead.

The executive needs someone who can take ownership, anticipate needs, solve problems, and confidently offer an opinion when asked. This person will become a trusted advisor and an extension of the executive in both business and personal matters.

What You'll Handle

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, email, priorities, appointments, and day-to-day logistics

  • Coordinate complex international and multi-destination travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes

  • Keep multiple priorities moving and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

  • Oversee household operations in partnership with the family's Project Manager

  • Manage household staff, vendors, contractors, projects, and services

  • Travel locally to additional family properties as needed

  • Represent the executive and family professionally with high-profile business and personal contacts

  • Manage purchasing and sourcing for the executive's design business

  • Assist with creative needs including gifting, sourcing, color schemes, and selections

  • Serve as a trusted sounding board and provide thoughtful recommendations

  • Handle highly confidential business and personal matters with complete discretion

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 10+ years of experience directly supporting a CEO

  • Strong career longevity and tenure

  • Extensive international and multi-destination travel experience

  • Household management and high-level personal assistant experience

  • Experience managing household staff, vendors, contractors, and multiple properties

  • Strong technology skills

  • Exceptional organization, judgment, follow-through, and attention to detail

  • Polished and comfortable interacting with high-profile and high-net-worth individuals

Bonus: Experience in interior design, luxury, hospitality, family office, or another creative/high-touch environment.

The Right Fit

You're proactive, resourceful, creative, polished, and calm under pressure. You're just as comfortable weighing in on a design selection or important decision as you are tracking down a contractor, solving a travel issue, or handling the smallest personal detail.

Most importantly, you take ownership. You see what needs to be done—and you get it done.
