We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional to join the settlement operations team of a well-established financial services firm.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and ensuring accuracy.

What You'll Do:

• Enter and process financial transaction data
• Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies
• Work across multiple systems to ensure accurate records
• Follow established procedures and support daily operations
• Collaborate with a team in a fast-paced financial environment

What We're Looking For:

• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to follow detailed written procedures
• A dependable, team-oriented attitude

Experience in accounting, banking, brokerage operations, or financial services is a plus, but not required!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
