Part-Time Temporary Administrative Assistant
Delta Dallas is assisting a client in the commercial real estate industry with their search for a part-time, temporary administrative assistant.

Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and tenant services. This role offers flexible hours on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition to a temp-to-hire position for the right candidate.

Compensation: $18/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage incoming calls and provide basic information to callers.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and assist with general office projects.
  • Support tenant events and greet any visitors (low visitor traffic anticipated).
  • Possibility to assist with invoicing tasks in the future, as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience.
  • Skills: Strong verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Polished appearance and communication, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
