Delta Dallas is currently supporting a prominent family in Dallas in its search for a Household/Estate Manager to manage its home in the Park Cities area.
The primary responsibilities of the role will focus on the oversight of the home and performing all administrative functions for the family.

The primary responsibilities of the role will focus on the oversight of the home and performing all administrative functions for the family.
Primary functions:
- Monitor and manage the daily responsibilities of the household staff (housekeepers, groundskeepers, and porter), including:
- Auditing and submitting timecards to family office for accurate payroll processing
- Tracking PTO and vacation time
- Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Manage all household maintenance activities, including:
- Selecting vendors
- Negotiating contracts and prices
- Scheduling trades and vendors
- Tracking process of all maintenance and repairs
- Coordinating all landscaping and groundskeeping activities
- Vehicle maintenance
- Administrative support to the family, including:
- Managing the household calendar and scheduling all family appointments
- Scheduling and coordinating family travel
- Processing mail
- Managing all family medical documentation and recordkeeping
- Event and party planning, primarily onsite at the family residence, although some events do occur offsite
- Personal shopping and errands
- Basic accounting responsibilities, including balancing household budget and checking account and partnering with the accounting team at the family office for expense reconciliation
- Coordinate meal programs and all food delivery
- Manage all Christmas holiday activities, including decorations (installation and removal), mailing list, Christmas cards, and gifts (shopping, wrapping, and delivery)
- Maintain household Policy and Procedure manual and update as necessary, under direction of the primary stakeholder
Non-negotiable requirements for success:
- Three years' proven experience managing the household/estate of an UHNW family
- Experience working in a MAC environment ??? required
- MS Office proficiency ??? Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Comfort with large dogs (the family includes a Golden Retriever)
- Extreme confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to travel periodically to other properties owned by the family
- Ability to run personal errands for the family (reliable transportation)
- The ability to pass an in-depth background and credit check
