Executive Assistant
Executive Assistant to the C-Suite
Location: North Dallas (Near 75/635)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday???Friday
Compensation: $70K???$85K + benefits
A respected nonprofit organization in North Dallas is seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to support its C-Suite, with a primary focus on the CEO. This individual will also provide support to the rest of the C-suite Team (5 executives total).
This is a traditional Executive Assistant role with a high level of responsibility and visibility, ideal for a seasoned career EA who brings both polish and heart to their work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of C-suite EA experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Strong tenure in previous roles
- High emotional intelligence and discretion
- Solutions-oriented and tech-savvy
- Demonstrated experience supporting Boards of Directors
- Ability to anticipate needs
- Self-sufficient with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable managing and partnering with front desk operations
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for the Executive Leadership Team
- Prepare Board materials, transcribe meeting minutes, and manage governance-related tasks
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate onboarding logistics
- Oversee office and conference room operations
- Support internal projects and maintain filing systems
- Act as governance liaison, ensuring timely and accurate communication with Board members
- Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders and external partners
