Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Delta Dallas is currently representing a privately held real estate firm in Plano in its search for an Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources team in all administrative functions. Our client has been recognized multiple times as being a 'Best Place to Work' both locally and nationally, and provides a company culture that fosters and encourages learning and development, professional growth, and community involvement.
The role is on-site at the company's offices in Plano, with the ability to move to a 4/1 hybrid model after six months of employment.
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will focus on the administrative support functions, allowing the HR leadership team to focus on the strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' administrative support experience, a high level of discretion and confidentiality, and the ability to work in a team-oriented setting. Experience supporting an HR team is a huge plus!

Experience supporting an HR team is a huge plus!
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate calendars, travel, team meetings, and HR events
- Process expense reports and departmental invoices
- Manage confidential documents and maintain sensitive data securely
- Send new hire packets and coordinate all onboarding documentation for new hires
- Coordinate interviews, including sending calendar invites, Zoom links, and all appropriate documentation to affected parties
- Coordinate and manage HR budget, including variance reporting and annual forecasting
- Coordinate and plan training sessions, including conference room management, catering, and distribution of training materials
- Support Human Resources Director in the management of the company's annual rewards programs, including coordinating payments, ordering trophies, communicating winners' information to company, etc.
- Maintain OSHA data and facilitate labor law poster distribution
- Manage all employee files, ensuring that all HR laws and policies are strictly adhered to
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Experience supporting the human resources process highly preferred
- Minimum five years' administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- Experience managing highly confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Advance MS Office skills, specifically in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Extreme attention to detail
