HR Business Partner
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Our client, a growing healthcare services organization, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support a multi-location workforce within the Indianapolis, IN and Ohio Region . This role serves as a strategic and hands-on HR partner to regional leadership, providing guidance across employee relations, compliance, and workforce initiatives.
The HRBP will operate with a high level of autonomy and is expected to make sound, independent decisions while maintaining strong alignment with organizational policies and values. This is a remote-based position with regular in-office and regional presence , with a primary office location in Indianapolis, IN .
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR partner for regional leadership and stakeholders.

Provide guidance and leadership on employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, and corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies.

Oversee HR compliance efforts related to regulatory, privacy, and reporting requirements.

Partner with talent acquisition and leadership to support regional staffing and workforce planning.

Support HR reporting, documentation, and data accuracy for the region.

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing practical and timely HR solutions.

Support organizational initiatives and change management efforts as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable HR leadership role.

Experience supporting a multi-site or regional employee population.

Strong working knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.

Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated environments preferred.

HR certifications are a plus.

Travel regionally and spend time in the Indianapolis office as required.
