Executive Assistant

Delta Dallas Dallas, TX (Onsite) Full-Time
$90,000/Year
This position is more than just administrative support???it's about being a true partner. You'll work closely with the CEO tackling challenges, improving efficiencies, and helping nurture a dynamic, engaged team culture. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Oversee and manage the CEO???s complex calendar, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient time management.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO and, when needed, for other team members.
  • Handle CEO's email management (responding, deleting unnecessary emails, prioritizing important ones).
  • Support in drafting, reviewing, and managing the CEO???s communications, including emails, letters, and responses.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and exercise discretion in all communications and interactions.
  • Serve as a strategic partner and keep a pulse on team dynamics, surface challenges, and proactively recommend solutions that enhance productivity.
  • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting tasks, processing expense reports, and supporting the CEO with financial documents.
  • Prepare and distribute quarterly board meeting books, ensuring all materials are organized and delivered on time.
  • Assist with managing and tracking key company projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Prepare key reports, agendas, and presentations for the executive team, shareholders, or board of directors.
  • Demonstrate independent thought, judgment, and discretion in executing all duties.
  • Deal discreetly with highly sensitive and confidential communications concerning staff, department, and organization matters.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working as an Executive Assistant in a high-paced environment or in a similar role supporting a C-level executive
  • Working knowledge and high proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks without direct supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and display flexibility in a fast paced and changing work environment
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, comfortable using business software and systems to improve efficiency
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, communications, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • A master???s in business administration (MBA) or related certifications are a plus.
