HR Business Partner
HR Business Partner ??? DFW area ??? 100% Onsite
We are seeking an experienced HR business Partner (HRBP) to join a dynamic team within the manufacturing industry! This position will sit at the corporate HQ located in Lewisville area.
The HRBP will focus on employee relations, talent development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, succession planning and performance management.
This position will align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, delivering strategic HR services that drive organizational success. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging their expertise in HR functions to contribute to a culture of growth, performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a business partner by communicating and supporting HR policies, procedures, laws and government regulations.
- Consult with management in the strategic planning process and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on conduct, performance, attendance and conflict resolutions.
- Assist with maintaining personnel changes and reporting in the HRIS system, Workday.
- Participate in new hire orientation and process various employment documents.
- Evaluate team performance and identify areas for training and improvement.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- 5+ years' experience of human resources experience - need someone with total rewards experience!
- Must come from the manufacturing industry (will sit in a corporate setting).
- Bilingual Spanish fluency is a high preference.
- Experience leading HR related initiatives, patterning with stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
- In-depth knowledge of human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations diversity, and performance management.
- Experience with federal and state employment laws.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
