Payroll Manager
Sr. Payroll Manager - Dallas - Hybrid
Are you a Sr. Payroll Manager who has a passion for HRIS? If so, let's connect today! Our Client is seeking a strong Sr. Payroll & HRIS Manager to join their team in Dallas. This role will have both strategic and hands on accountability in both payroll and HRIS. Our Client offers a competitive salary, bonus incentive and great perks and benefits!
To qualify for the role, you must possess the following:
- Degree is a plus
- CPP is a plus
- 7+ years of full cycle payroll within a multi state and multi entity environment
- Canada payroll experience is required
- Experience with acquisition payroll is required
- MUST have experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Must have processed payroll for a minimum of 1000 employees
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions is required - this company grow by acquisition, so this Payroll professional will be accountable for transitioning the inherited employees from one payroll system to another payroll system
- This Payroll professional will also have a integral role in building out the ADP platforms so a higher level of HRIS experience is required
