Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year, based on experience
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Commission Processor to join our team and handle the critical task of processing and managing commissions for our Loan Officers. In this role, you will ensure the accurate and timely payment of commissions, resolve discrepancies, and maintain effective communication with our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage or real estate transactions, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of data and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commission Processing: Accurately process commissions bi-weekly for 80 Loan Originators, ensuring timely and correct payments.
- Compensation Agreements: Draft and manage Loan Originator Compensation Agreements, input compensation details into commission software, and maintain up-to-date records.
- Error Resolution: Directly communicate with employees to resolve commission discrepancies, performing necessary cross-referencing and research.
- System Management: Update and maintain compensation agreement changes in commission software, ensuring data integrity.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries related to commission pay efficiently and professionally.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Previous experience in the mortgage industry is highly preferred; however, strong candidates from outside the real estate industry with a quick learning ability are also welcome.
Skills:
- Detail-oriented and accurate with a high volume of data entry.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in managing deadlines and working independently.
- Exposure to origination software (e.g., Encompass) or commission software (e.g., CompenSafe) is a plus.

- Reliable and steady work ethic, with a willingness to assist the team as needed.

- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Information:
Work Environment: 100% onsite in Plano Texas
Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 annually, based on experience.
