Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant

Client Overview: Our esteemed client is a leading real estate development company helmed by a highly accomplished executive who has previously held CEO positions at major corporations. With a focus on philanthropy, book promotions, speaking engagements, and international ventures, our client is seeking a dedicated Executive Personal Assistant to provide invaluable support in maintaining his professional image and managing his demanding schedule.

Position Overview: In this role, you will have the privilege of working closely with our client, ensuring his productivity and effectiveness in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Representational Excellence: Serve as the face of our client, embodying professionalism and sophistication in all interactions, including attending meetings and managing correspondence on his behalf.
  • Calendar and Travel Management: Take charge of the CEO's intricate calendar, prioritizing appointments and arranging international travel logistics, including private jet flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Social Media Oversight: Oversee the client's social media presence across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engaging with followers effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Handle confidential emails, screen calls, and coordinate meetings with stakeholders, media outlets, and other relevant parties with tact and discretion.
  • Financial Administration: Execute financial transactions, prepare accurate expense reports, and maintain records for the client's diverse business ventures.
  • Office Coordination: Manage office supplies, coordinate catering for meetings, and assist with personal tasks such as scheduling home maintenance and event planning.
  • Book promotion: Assist in coordinating a comprehensive book tour, including scheduling book signings, speaking engagements, and media appearances to maximize exposure and promote the newly written book effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant, preferably supporting high-profile individuals.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed, with a solid understanding of international travel logistics.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and calendar management software.

Additional Information: The successful candidate will receive support from our client's former Executive Assistant during the transition period. Travel requirements will be introduced gradually.
