Marketing Director
Director of Brand Content & Social Media Strategy
Location: Argyle, TX. In-person, Monday-Friday (with flexibility for occasional weekends)
Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 annually
The Director of Brand Content & Social Media Strategy will lead the vision, development, and execution of a world-class content and digital strategy for a rapidly growing faith-based personal development and coaching organization . This senior leadership role combines creativity, strategy, and operational excellence, driving both brand influence and measurable growth across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished storyteller and brand strategist with a proven ability to grow audiences organically, lead high-performing teams, and translate vision into action. This individual will collaborate closely with executive leadership to shape messaging, strengthen community engagement, and elevate the organization's mission through innovative content and digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive content and social media strategy aligned with the organization's mission and business goals.

Partner with executive leadership to refine and elevate brand voice and positioning across multiple verticals.

Lead and mentor creative teams, social media professionals, and external vendors to ensure high-quality output and brand consistency.
Content Development

Oversee creation of engaging, high-impact content for platforms.

Establish and maintain cohesive brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.

Direct the production of premium photo, video, and written content designed to maximize engagement and inspire action.
Social Media Growth & Engagement

Architect and implement organic growth strategies to expand reach, engagement, and community loyalty.

Manage content calendars, launch schedules, and campaign alignment with product, event, and marketing initiatives.

Build strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.
Organic Marketing & Performance Optimization

Develop and test innovative frameworks for audience growth and content performance without heavy reliance on paid advertising.

Analyze platform trends and algorithms to optimize visibility and engagement.

Implement performance tracking, reporting, and data-driven content iteration.
Qualifications

7-10+ years of experience in social media management, brand strategy, and digital content leadership.

Proven ability to grow brands organically and create content that resonates and drives virality.

Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and creative excellence across multiple formats.

Experience leading and developing creative teams and managing external partners or agencies.

Expertise in platform analytics, KPIs, and performance-driven strategy refinement.

Deep understanding of faith-based or purpose-driven branding , with alignment to values of integrity, service, and impact.
