Position Overview
Our client, a leading firm in the architectural industry, is seeking a polished, service-driven professional to join their Dallas office. This role is being reimagined to elevate the front-of-house experience, with a strong emphasis on hospitality, client interaction, and creating a memorable first impression.
This is not your typical front desk role. You will serve as the face of a highly respected, design-forward organization, delivering a high-touch, concierge-level experience for clients, guests, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional, and engaging presence

Deliver a hospitality-focused, high-end client experience

Manage front desk operations, including visitor check-in, phones, and inquiries

Coordinate deliveries and vendor interactions with a proactive, hands-on approach

Maintain a clean, polished, and client-ready reception area

Support meetings, events, and daily office operations

Collaborate with your front desk partner to ensure seamless coverage

Provide additional administrative and office support as needed
